Return and Refund Process

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were received and in the original box and/or packaging.

1. We do not issue refunds for damages, stains, scratches, etc. that affect secondary sales.
2.No refunds will be given for exclusive customized products because it is customized exclusively for you and it is hard for us to find a second customer who likes it and buys it.
3. We do not offer refunds for unfinished beaded curtains.

A member of our customer service team will respond to your message within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you are within the United States, we recommend using the USPS Flat Rate Shipping Service.

*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in your package for easy identification. Alternatively, write your order number in large, clear letters on the outside of the package (or print a label).

Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Asia. Orders usually take 9-30 business days to reach their destination.

**If your item is in transit, we will not be able to provide a refund**.

On rare occasions, shipments can take longer than 30 business days (especially during U.S. holidays). If it takes longer than 30 days to ship, please contact customer support at support@Bead Curtain Art.com and we will be happy to help you track your order.
