For kits shipped from China -> Worldwide, the total door-to-door shipping time is estimated to be between 12-30 business days depending on your location.

For kits shipped from USA -> US, the total estimated door to door shipping time is 2-5 business days.

Customers in the European Union: As of July 1, 2021, customers in the 27 member states of the European Union may be required to pay VAT as well as any customs fees prior to receiving their packages. For help or advice, please contact support@Bead Curtain Art.com.

Private ordering
In order to keep the cost of the kits down and pass the savings on to you, we ship them handmade from our studio in Sichuan, China. In general, the total delivery time is 12-30 days depending on your location (excluding processing time).

 

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery times. It does not include customs clearance or order processing time.

Individual items in an order may be shipped from different locations and may arrive on different dates.

Kits shipped from the USA 
 

Some of the items on our website are shipped from warehouses in the United States. Please note that these items contain the words “Ships from USA” in the title.

Items shipped from the United States are only available to customers in the United States. We do not ship these items internationally. If you are from a country other than the United States and order an item “Ships from USA”, your item will be shipped from China.

 

USA: 2- 5 business days 

Ship From USA” items are shipped via USPS. Time frame excludes weekends. Orders are shipped in the order received. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Processing Time 
The above order delivery times do not include order processing times.

Kits from China
Stock Designs: Processing time for stock designs (i.e. non-customized kits) is 3-5 business days.

Customized Kits: Processing time for customized kits is 5-10 business days. Processing time for customized kits depends on possible back and forth communication with the customer regarding editing issues.

 

Kits Shipped from the United States
 

Kits shipped from the USA: Processing time is 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Please note that processing times vary by time of day. During high volume production (e.g., holidays), orders may take up to 10 business days to process for stock designs; custom kits may take up to 15 business days). 

 

Shipping Company
 

Once the package has cleared customs, you can receive it through your local carrier (or USPS if you are in the United States). Time depends on a variety of factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

Order Cancellation Policy 
If an order has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We understand the frustration of longer-than-usual processing and shipping times due to COVID-19, and we want you to know that you have complete flexibility to cancel any order that has not yet shipped. Thank you for your patience!

To cancel your order, please contact support@Bead Curtain Art.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  

NOTE: If your tracking information is stuck on a certain date, please note that this is completely normal as packages move between countries. Once the package arrives in the United States, it will be delivered quickly to your doorstep via USPS!

Where is my order?

 

In order to keep the cost of the kits down and pass the savings on to you, we ship handmade from our studio in Sichuan, China. In general, total lead time is 12-30 days (not including processing time) depending on your location. Due to COVID-19, the estimated delivery time is 30-60 days.

Why does my tracking appear stuck?

This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).  
When the item lands in the US, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID into the official USPS Tracking Site. 


Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?

Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID. 

What shipping provider do you use? 

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. However, due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it. 

What is your refund policy?

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason send an email to support@Bead Curtain Art.com and tell us your issue.
