• When you have personalized your order and proceed to checkout, you will reach the "Payment Information" page. On the right - hand side, you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box. Enter your coupon code in the provided space and then click "Apply". For any remaining balance, your credit card will not be charged until you "Confirm Order" on the next screen.

• A beaded curtain is a highly aesthetic decorative item. It mainly consists of thousands of colorful beads carefully arranged and combined by hand and strung on silk thread or other similar hanging materials. From the appearance, the beaded curtain presents a sagging form. When stationary, it is like a curtain composed of delicate beads; when there is a breeze or it is gently touched, the beads collide with each other, making a crisp and pleasant sound, while gently swinging, full of dynamic beauty. It is like colorful raindrops floating down from the space, and like a solidified colorful waterfall, becoming a charming landscape in the space.

• An average beaded curtain requires 10,000 beads and takes about fifteen days to make.

• Materials:
• Beads: The core material for making beaded curtains, with various kinds.
• Glass beads: High transparency, good luster. For example, Czech glass beads have rich cutting surfaces, which can make the curtains more gorgeous.
• Crystal beads: More translucent, with a high refractive index. Such as Swarovski crystal beads, the light has a charming halo.
• Plastic beads: Inexpensive, colorful, and light - weight, suitable for a lively style or temporary decoration.
• Wooden beads: Bring a sense of natural rusticity. For example, sandalwood beads are suitable for creating a retro atmosphere.
• Ceramic beads: Hard texture, with exquisite patterns on the surface, having a sense of culture and art.
• Cord: Needs to be strong to bear the weight.
• Nylon thread: Tough and durable, available in different thicknesses. Thick thread is for large beads, and thin thread is for small beads.
• Fish line: Nearly transparent, not abrupt after wearing beads, suitable for highlighting the beauty of beads.
• Silk thread: Soft and glossy, used in the making of classical or delicate - style curtains.
• Accessories: Can make the curtains more beautiful and unique. Such as small metal pendants in the shapes of stars, the moon, and other natural elements like shells and feathers. Shells bring the flavor of the sea, and feathers add a sense of spirituality.
• Tools:
• Sharp - nosed pliers: Can clip small - aperture small beads, connect beads or add accessories, and can be bent to fix the wire.
• Scissors: Used to cut the rope. It needs to be sharp to accurately cut ropes of different thicknesses according to demand.
• Beading needles: Used when the bead aperture is small, convenient for stringing beads. Some beading needles have a curved hook at one end, which can prevent the stringing wire from slipping off.

• Yes, you must initiate your return no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

• To track your order, simply enter the tracking ID from your Shipping Confirmation email into the box at the top of our Tracking Page. If you did not receive a Shipping Confirmation yet, your order is still in processing and should be fulfilled in no more than 1 week.

• This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, the tracking information is very slow to update (packages are frozen in sea containers while in transit). Once the shipment arrives in the United States, it will be delivered to your doorstep very quickly. Simply enter your tracking ID into the official USPS tracking website.

• You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

• Common shapes are supported, including but not limited to squares, rectangles, triangles, circles, including 3D graphics. Theoretically, any shape is supported.

• Our default is made of high - purity acrylic, unless the customer's private customization requires a different material, then we will replace it.

• The length and width size applied in the home scene is 60CM - 200CM. The size applied in the commercial market can be 1M - 20M or even more, specifically customized according to the customer's needs.

• Amendments can only be made to orders that have not yet been completed. If your packages have already been shipped (i.e., they have a tracking number), we will not be able to modify your order.

• Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. If your packages are currently in transit (i.e., a tracking number has been provided), we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.

• Take a photo and provide the broken and scattered beads, and we will send a separate replacement for that break.

• To submit a photo for your customization, simply click the “Upload” button on this page and select the photo you want to send us. Or contact the customer service session window.

• Refunds are available for orders up to thirty percent of the production progress, and the refund amount is fifty percent of the order amount. There are no refunds for orders that are fifty percent or more in progress.
