• Tools:

• Yes, you must initiate your return no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

• To track your order, simply enter the tracking ID from your Shipping Confirmation email into the box at the top of our Tracking Page. If you did not receive a Shipping Confirmation yet, your order is still in processing and should be fulfilled in no more than 1 week.

• This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, the tracking information is very slow to update (packages are frozen in sea containers while in transit). Once the shipment arrives in the United States, it will be delivered to your doorstep very quickly. Simply enter your tracking ID into the official USPS tracking website.

• You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

• Common shapes are supported, including but not limited to squares, rectangles, triangles, circles, including 3D graphics. Theoretically, any shape is supported.

• Our default is made of high - purity acrylic, unless the customer's private customization requires a different material, then we will replace it.

• The length and width size applied in the home scene is 60CM - 200CM. The size applied in the commercial market can be 1M - 20M or even more, specifically customized according to the customer's needs.

• Amendments can only be made to orders that have not yet been completed. If your packages have already been shipped (i.e., they have a tracking number), we will not be able to modify your order.

• Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been fulfilled. If your packages are currently in transit (i.e., a tracking number has been provided), we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.

• Take a photo and provide the broken and scattered beads, and we will send a separate replacement for that break.

• Refunds are available for orders up to thirty percent of the production progress, and the refund amount is fifty percent of the order amount. There are no refunds for orders that are fifty percent or more in progress.
